Oko and Tula

Wow, this one really tested me in more ways than one.  First, the background.  I had no idea what to do for an African background setting to meet the rules for Oko.  Second, Tula is so dark it is very difficult to get any kind of shading on a black horse.  Very hard.  And third, the horns.  It took me forever to get a set of horns on both of them that I was satisfied with.
